Cosplayer I found at Phoenix Comic Con 2012, probably the freakiest one I've ever seen.
I will give you $20 if someone knows what show/anime/manga/whatever this is from.
(If it's even from anything at all)
To me, it looks like Frank from Donnie Darko became a Pirate of the Carribean's S&M slave.
